  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using available payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other third parties.

  • Once an item is dispatched, risk of loss passes to the customer.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.

5. Returns & Refunds

We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is:

  • significantly different from the description

  • not fit for purpose

Change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion and may require the product to be unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
